The staff was courteous and welcoming. the location was in a great and beautiful spot for our trip. - Found the Tides Restaurant and Bar with perfect drinks 400 meters away.

Reasonably priced place, had an absolutely amazing stay for a business trip. The restaurant here was reasonably priced for all meals, we both ordered SPECIAL dishes. The location was in a marvellous and stunning spot for our holiday.

It has favourable and stunning location, 0.5 miles away from the airport. There's Burger King offering takeout at a medium distance from the venue. The room is gorgeous, fantastic comes with upgraded showers and the bar, for instance.

Our room had stunning views of the beach, with a super comfortable bed and excellent service.

The staff here were incredibly helpful and caring, making our stay very enjoyable, especially with the room offering an amazing view.

top location - only about 10 m to the great beach - sun beds available - great courtyard (many plants) - great bar - pool available - very friendly staff

my room was unfortunately "in the cellar" - only a small window available - I got my room only at 14.30 - at about 06.00 in the morning the cleaning staff above me told me to move the tables etc. - and better not to walk through the adjacent alleys in the evening - 3 barking and snapping dogs were on the way (but the hotel can't really do anything about that)

The location to the airport is great. That's why we chose the hotel, one night before departure. Also within walking distance to Maho Beach. The beach at Simpson Bay is also very nice. Breakfast was tasty and went off the price. Restaurant directly at the sea. Big room with terrace. For the next stopover on St. Maarten I would choose this hotel again.

Cockroaches in the room, but unfortunately happens at ground floor apartment. In general, a little more attention could be paid to cleanliness. The pool is very small.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right on the airport runway. Liked that it was set not far from the beach overlooking Simpson Bay. - A lovely bar/restaurant. - Outstanding views of the beautiful beach.
